The hours during which we make the best and the worst decisions
The worst decisions are generally made in the late afternoon or evening, typically between 2 PM and 6 PM. This is when decision fatigue sets in due to the mental load from earlier tasks. Your willpower and focus decline, leading to poorer judgment.
The best decisions are often made in the morning, between 8 AM and 11 AM, when your brain is fresh, and cognitive resources are at their peak. You’re more focused and less likely to be affected by fatigue.
